Register Online
If you would like to register for a program at one of AEC's
campuses, please fill out the
following registration form and then press the submit button
at the bottom of the form. Our main office
in United States will receive this form and begin processing
your information and setting up your program and lodging.
You will be contacted within three working days to confirm
receipt of your information and with any questions that we
might have concerning your program. You will also receive
all prices and totals for your selected program as well as
instructions on how to make the required deposit to secure
your slot at our school.
Please be as specific as you can while filling out this form, this
will allow us to create a program that best matches your need.
I f you have any medical problems, special dietary needs or
host family requirements, please let us know as much as you
can. If you will be attending more than one campus, please
let us know each start date as well as program and lodging
options if they are different. This form is only to register
for a program at AEC, if you want to request further information
about our different options, please contact us via e-mail.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For individuals and non chaperoned groups AEC will refund
the full amount of the deposit when notified 8 weeks prior
to the start of the above specified program. From 8 weeks
to 4 weeks 50% will be refunded and the last 4 weeks there
is NO refund of the deposit. For larger chaperoned groups
the cancellation policy will be determined on a case by case
basis.
AIRPORT PICKUP INFORMATION
Students attending the Deluxe Adventure program or Welcoming
Program at AEC will be picked up at the airport in San Jose
when they arrive in Costa Rica. This is included in the price
of the program. They will be transported to a Student Guesthouse
in San Jose where they will stay the night. On Sunday morning
they will be served a continental breakfast and they will
be put on a bus either to the first campus on your schedule.
When they arrive at their destination a member of your host
family will take you home( Turrialba or Arenal) Dominical,
there is a direct bus from San Jose to San Isidro, then the
student needs to take and pay a taxi from San Isidro to Dominical.
Once you are in Costa Rica they will give you written instrucctions.
Then, a representative will greet students on Sunday's only
from 3 p.m. to 6 pm. that will see that they get to their
lodging option will meet them or take you to the Host Family.
Those students signed up for the Standard Language program
with homestay can be provided with airport pickup assistance
in San Jose, Costa Rica, but the charge is $60 per person;
For 2 persons arriving together: $45 per person and for 3
or more persons: $35 per person. This price includes: pickup
at the airport, one-night stay in the Student Guesthouse in
San Jose and then transport the next day to either San Isidro,
Turrialba, or Arenal on the public bus. |
