Register Online

If you would like to register for a program at one of AEC's campuses, please fill out the following registration form and then press the submit button at the bottom of the form. Our main office in United States will receive this form and begin processing your information and setting up your program and lodging. You will be contacted within three working days to confirm receipt of your information and with any questions that we might have concerning your program. You will also receive all prices and totals for your selected program as well as instructions on how to make the required deposit to secure your slot at our school.

Please be as specific as you can while filling out this form, this will allow us to create a program that best matches your need. I f you have any medical problems, special dietary needs or host family requirements, please let us know as much as you can. If you will be attending more than one campus, please let us know each start date as well as program and lodging options if they are different. This form is only to register for a program at AEC, if you want to request further information about our different options, please contact us via e-mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For individuals and non chaperoned groups AEC will refund the full amount of the deposit when notified 8 weeks prior to the start of the above specified program. From 8 weeks to 4 weeks 50% will be refunded and the last 4 weeks there is NO refund of the deposit. For larger chaperoned groups the cancellation policy will be determined on a case by case basis.

AIRPORT PICKUP INFORMATION
Students choosing the airport pickup or attending the Welcoming program will be picked up at the airport (SJO) in San Jose when they arrive in Costa Rica. The airport pickup is included in the price of the Welcoming program. You will be transported to a Student Guesthouse in San Jose where you will stay the night. The next morning you will be served a continental breakfast and you will be put on a bus to the first campus on your schedule. When you arrive at Turrialba or at Arenal a member of your host family will take you home. For Dominical, there is a direct bus from San Jose to San Isidro, and then the student needs to take and pay a taxi from San Isidro to Dominical. With the airport pickup service our staff will help make those connections with the taxi service upon your arrival in San Isidro. Then, a representative will greet students on Sunday's only from 3 p.m. to 6 pm to show you to the beach apartments or a host family representative will escort you to your new home. The price of the airport pickup will include: pickup at the airport, one-night stay in the Student Guesthouse in San Jose ,breakfast in the morning, routing and general questions answered and then transport the next day to either San Isidro, Turrialba or Arenal on the public bus,. A faster and less crowded private transport from San Jose to Arenal can be arranged through your AEC representative. Write or call for more details.
