Discounts are already built into the overall pricing
structure based on length of stay with AEC Spanish Institute.
Additional discounts can be obtained under the following criteria:
INDIVIDUAL - GREEN SEASON DISCOUNT
In the “green season”
from September 1st thru December 1st a 10% discount based on language program costs only.
For returning students a 10% discount is given on the language
portion only. Notification of a returning student status will
be required in advance of registration. This discount does not apply to those enrolled during the green season and cannot be combined with any other discounts offered. Only students that have gone through our Standard or Medical Language program are offered a 10% discount for being a returning student.
FAMILY TIME - ADULT PROGRAM DISCOUNT
Learn and Play together! Adults and other family members who wish to enroll in our ADULT standard Spanish immersion programs while their teens or children attend any child/teen program offered by AEC, will receive a 10% discount off the prices for their adult class program. GROUPS
AEC Spanish Institute honors chaperoned
and non-chaperoned groups with substantial discounts. A group
of 5 to 9 students will receive a 10% discount. Groups of
10-19 receive a 20% discount and groups of 20 plus receive
a 30% discount. These discounts are based on all costs except for housing and adventure tours.
AEC Spanish Institute is committed to creating lasting friendships
with chaperoned groups. By not only instilling a aggressive
discount for students programs but also our commitment in
giving chaperones an entire free program based on overall
student numbers. In following suit with our discounts a chaperone
is given a free program when 5-9 students are registered.
With a group of 10-19 students two chaperones are given free
programs. With 20 plus students three chaperones are given
free programs. The only guidelines to receiving the free programs
is the staff at AEC does have the option to allow six students
per teacher and if a chaperone decides not to do the language
portion that deletion is not transferable.
In working with groups AEC Spanish Institute has the ability
to create custom programs for each individual group. Following
the morning language session adventure tours can be added
for each group. Pre and post trips can be expanded into a
Standard Spanish program such as overnights at the Osa Peninsula
or on the Pacure river with an additional day of canyoning
and zip-lining through a dense river corridor in the Costa
Rican jungle. We will make the transportation arrangements
from airport pickup to all destinations in between your final
departure needs. We lend support in obtaining or arranging
your airline purchase. AEC Spanish Institute prides itself
on being able to put together a very diverse, unique language
and adventure experience that exceeds anything that is offered
in all of Costa Rica.
